Legally, we have to state a lot of the obvious here, both for our, as well as your, protection. We have summarized these Terms of Use in plain English below, and registering and using all TheOmegasShift.com webpages, products, materials and services means that you are, in effect, agreeing to these terms.

This site, TheOmegaShift.com and all its products and services are for personal entertainment, information, education, communication, and enlightenment. You may browse around and even download material from the site where permitted, but only for non-commercial, personal use (so long as you don’t alter or remove copyright and other notices). And, absolutely, you mustn’t distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, or anything else like that ANY of the material here, including the text, images, audio and video, for public or commercial purposes unless we give you written permission (and there would have to be a very good reason for that!)

Simply by visiting our site, you're legally bound to the terms and conditions listed below and any other law or regulation that applies to the site, the Internet or in the United Kingdom. You shouldn't access or browse this site any further if you have any problem with that.

1. Everything on the site is copyrighted by us or by someone else with their permission (unless we say it's not), so you can't use anything on the site without our written permission, including text, pictures, images, trademarks, logos, service marks. 
2. While we try to include accurate stuff on the site, we're not promising you it's accurate. In fact, we're not promising you anything except fun and entertainment. So if you use stuff on the site, you're using it entirely at your own risk.
3. Use the site at your own risk. We make no guarantees or promises about anything, just use it for your own education, entertainment and enlightenment. We assume no liability or responsibility for errors or omissions on the site.
4. All contributors to the site are not liable for any damages you suffer when you use it As per our Disclaimer, we are not liable for direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the site or any aspect of experiencing or applying The Omega Shift to your life. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the site is provided to you 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. (NB Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding the exclusion of implied warranties.)
   This means we're not liable if either something on the site or The Omega Shift damages you or other people you know or your computer, (even though that’s extremely unlikely!)
5. We will own the copyright to anything you disclose to us (such as on The Omega Shift forum). So don’t disclose it if you don’t want to grant us permission to use it, reproduce it, disclose it, transmit it, publish it, or post it somewhere else, or don’t want us to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques based on what you disclose in any way we want to, including developing and marketing products and services.
6. We don’t constantly monitor, make any guarantees or take any responsibility for any sites linked to from, or recommended by TheOmegaShift.com, so if you use them you do so entirely at your own risk.
7. Even though we do our best to monitor public access areas, such as our support forum, we take no responsibility and assume no liability for the content of those areas or for any mistakes, defamation, libel, slander, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography, or profanity you might encounter when you visit these areas on our site. And of course, you must not post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, nasty, mean, or profane material or any material that may be considered a criminal offence, violate any law or result in some kind of civil lawsuit at any time or anywhere. Even though we would respect your privacy, we would, of course, have no choice but to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court which might ask us about who might have posted such material.
8. We can change these terms and anything else on the site any time we want to and then you're bound by those changes, too, whenever you visit our site. 
9. In the extraordinarily unlikely event that either of us wants to sue the other then the following applies:

• To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate TheOmegaShift.com and/or its affiliates' intellectual property rights, TheOmegaShift.com and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in the United Kingdom or any country of our choosing and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
• In the extremely unlikely event that any other dispute arises under these Terms of Use we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator. Any reasonable costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
• If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association or UK equivalent. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
